It may seem hard and a torture for them but it is for their own good. Replace these foods with fruits and vegetables instead. - Let them eat only small meals. Teach them to chew foods slowly so that it will take more time to eat and to help them feel full immediately since it actually takes 20 minutes before your brain tells your stomach that it is full already. - Drink plenty of water because staying hydrated can speed up weight loss. Not to mention it also suppresses your appetite.
